MISSION-Criminal Justice Case Manager and Dual Recovery Therapy
Presenter: Ayorkor Gaba, Psy.D.
Goals: Attendees will understand the roles and responsibilities of the case manager within the MISSION-Criminal Justice Model. Participants will also receive an overview of dual recovery therapy (DRT), as well as a detailed introduction to each of the 13 DRT sessions. Additionally, helpful strategies and techniques specific to case managers working with criminally-involved clients will be discussed.

Goals: Participants will understand the roles and responsibilities of the peer support specialist position within the MISSION-Criminal Justice Model. Attendees will also receive an overview of peer-led support sessions. Finally, helpful strategies and techniques specific to peers working with criminally-involved clients will be discussed.
