SOAR Resources for the MISSION Case Manager Module

For individuals who are chronically homeless or returning to the community from institutions (i.e., jails, prisons, or hospitals), access to benefits and entitlements can be extremely challenging; yet accessing these programs are a critical first step in recovery. SOAR is an approach that helps increase access to mainstream benefits. Accordingly, this module is designed to introduce MISSION case managers to SOAR, and help them to easily access materials related to Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSI/SSDI) for their clients.
